Document the Scene Immediately
Photograph the hazard that caused your fall immediately. Report to the property manager and get a written incident report. Obtain witness information. Preserve the footwear you were wearing. Do not sign anything.
Medical Documentation for Your Claim
In premises liability cases, medical documentation directly connects your injuries to the incident. The timing, mechanism description, and clinical findings in your initial evaluation are the foundation of your case.
